My experience at Ro Dental was like no other dentist!! I was welcomed the second I walked in meeting the lovely 2 front desk ladies Abby and Hardisha to sitting down with my hygienist Allie. She was so sweet and amazing. she gave me a heated blanket to cozy up with while getting my teeth cleaned. I really enjoyed the feeling I got at Ro dental, calming Spa like vibe with the beautiful oil diffused scent. After my cleaning I met Lauren for my xrays and whitening, she was so lovely as well as Dr Hannah. It shows how much the staff at Ro Dental truly care for their clients and want to give the best experience to everyone. I’ll definitely be back 😊
Dr. Ben and the staff here are amazing. They are kind, take time to listen, and help you make decisions that are informed and best for you as a patient. They make you feel welcome and supported - plus the space is beautiful. I was really nervous about a major procedure that I knew I was going to have to do, and they made the whole process as easy as possible. Dr. Ben had helpful answers to all of my questions, helped me understand exactly what they were going to do, and all the staff were kind, gentle and supportive during the surgery itself. Front desk staff went out of their way to help me sort out insurance. Highly recommend this team!
I've been wanting to try Ro Dental Studio after seeing them on Instagram, so I finally booked a cleaning appointment and so glad I did. Right when I walked in, it wasn't like the other clinics with the distinct clinic smell, it pleasantly smelled like a spa. The space was very modern and gave a relaxing atmosphere. Receptionist was welcoming and offered a pair of slippers and a beverage. I loved the customized name on the screen and the comfort menu. Was an amazing dental spa experience and I no longer dread going to the dentist. 10/10 recommend!
I had a few teeth filled by Dr. Hannah at Rō dental studio and honestly felt no pain at all. She’s incredibly gentle, professional, and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The clinic itself is modern and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. I usually don’t look forward to dental visits, but Dr. Hannah completely changed that for me. Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist they can fully trust.
This place looks and feels as close to a spa as a dentist could get. I've been to some fancy private dental clinics in Shanghai but nothing like this. It's beautiful, smells great, and there are excessive comfort options (drinks, blankets, eye masks, noise cancelling headphones...). They give you slippers when you walk in! Plus, all the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. Customer service off the charts.
